We booked this place for a spot to get ready right by the church for our wedding. Me and my bridesmaids loved staying here and had lots of space for our dresses and all our makeup and accessories. Josh was very accommodating and super nice. I would recommend this place every time!!!!

Perfect getaway! Lovely updated unit. Beautiful well-stocked kitchen. We made great use of the flexible loft space and had plenty of room for our family of 5. The community is tucked away and quiet, but a very quick walk or drive to the beach. The kids especially love the pool and being so close to the playground. We will definitely be back!

Amazing location, peaceful, and walkable to the beach and parks. Great kitchen and deck. Plenty to do for the kids. Loved having the pool and pickleball court right outside. Josh responded with lightning speed to our messages. Our family had a great time. Thank you!

Excellent deal on a great house with a BEAUTIFUL sunset view. Josh was very responsive with my questions regarding check-in. It was a great size for the 8 of us, we didn’t feel like we were tripping all over each other. Only complaint regards the shakiness of the bunk beds, but they are bunk beds so it’s expected. A wonderful stay overall and I will definitely recommend this location to others in the future!!

Great stay. Ideal location - better than we even thought with the ability to walk easily to downtown area. Condo main room and bedrooms were very good size and nicely decorated. We especially enjoyed the 3rd floor master suite. Suzanne was extremely responsive.

We loved the house. It was barely a mile from the beach and came with a great swimming pool that all most no one else used. Our grandkids loved to spend time there. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Kitchen came with all the necessities so we were able to feed the kids at home. Beds were comfortable. Bedrooms had enough place to unpack. The room on the top floor was a lot of fun and we also loved the patio and small balcony. Suzanne was very helpful and friendly. We had amazing time at this house. Will definitely rent again.

The location was great, very private and lots to do nearby. The house was very clean and the host was very responsive and friendly! The price was significantly better than any other Airbnb's close to the area and size of the home. Cleanup was made easy, as we didn't have to clean sheets, towels, or blankets. The rooms were nice and the couches were very comfy, and a Roku in each room was the cherry on top! We drove 12 hours and I can say it was definitely worth it. I'd highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a cheap and good time.

We loved the spacious condo and we had plenty of room for 2 families. We really enjoyed the back porch with the fountain flowing in the pond. The pool was also a big bonus for our families!

We just returned from a wonderful 5 night stay at this beautiful beach home 8/9/25/8/14/25). It was perfect for us. The location was great, walkable to the beach and everything we wanted to do in Rehoboth. The space itself was great for our group. I traveled with my mom, my teenaged daughter and her friend, so we all had plenty of space. The house could easily accommodate more but we found it perfect. Within a five minute walk there are multiple restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The beach/boardwalk is a 15 minute walk or so. This home provided everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again!
