Really enjoyed my stay at Josh and Kim’s place. The side of the unit is perfect for a little getaway. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful surroundings. Being 10 minutes from the beach is also a bonus. Josh is a great host and communicates very well.

This was my second stay at Kim’s place. From the personal welcome board at the door to the immaculate bathroom with everything I needed, I felt right at home. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows for relaxing. She’s a very gracious host.

We loved our stay with Kim. This was our second time and we found everything exactly as we expected. Its lovely and the perfect size for two people. Each room has plenty of space with a couple of nice closets to help keep it tidy while you’re traveling.

Kim & Jim’s place was excellent. They were very welcoming and kind and the check in/checkout process was very easy. The place was clean and exactly as described and the perfect fit for us. Bonus the shower was hot with great water pressure for those of you who love that as much as I do lol I would definitely stay here again in the future and recommend it to anyone looking. 😊

We had a fantastic stay at Kim’s Airbnb! The space was cute, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need. It felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location was great too—close to everything, but still quiet enough to relax. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed at Kim’s place (November 2025) and we loved it. Great location near Bethany beach and ~ 30 minutes from Rehoboth beach. It is a quiet, private and very clean home with a lovely backyard. Very peaceful. Kim’s added a special touch to the place and made it look so nice. She provided everything we needed. She was very attentive and very responsive to our requests and provided us with clear check in & check out instructions, We felt at home and had an enjoyable week there. We will return there when our travel plans take us back to Delaware. Thank you Kim & Jim for a lovely state at your place

We were looking for a place to stay near the beach that was clean, cozy, comfortable and affordable . Kim’s place was all of that and more! The special attention to making us feel welcome was immediate with a cute sign at the door saying just that and the warm feeling we felt, walking in the door!
