We just returned from a wonderful 5 night stay at this beautiful beach home 8/9/25/8/14/25). It was perfect for us. The location was great, walkable to the beach and everything we wanted to do in Rehoboth. The space itself was great for our group. I traveled with my mom, my teenaged daughter and her friend, so we all had plenty of space. The house could easily accommodate more but we found it perfect. Within a five minute walk there are multiple restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The beach/boardwalk is a 15 minute walk or so. This home provided everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this townhouse! It was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. The home was plenty spacious for our group of five. The location was our favorite part of this place. It was walking distance to the main road and to the beach so we didn’t touch our cars all weekend and skipped all the beach traffic. Josh was also incredibly communicative, we had some issues with the fridge but he did his best to accommodate and even went out of his way to bring us coolers! Would love to stay here again.

Had a great stay at Josh’s place in Rehoboth Beach. We were 2 couples, an adult and a 3 year old. The space suited us perfectly. Great location, we liked being able to walk to Rise Coffee and other restaurants. We used our car to drive to Henlopen State Park to enjoy a couple beach days away from the boardwalk, but you could definitely walk to the beach by the boardwalk too. Place has 2 balconies, (one on second floor and one on third) nice to hang out as the sun is going down, quiet and very chill neighborhood. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice big fridge and ice machine in freezer. Great to have 2.5 bathrooms too. Linens, blankets and pillows all fresh and clean for our stay. Host Josh was professional and very informative. We had everything we needed, all information was clearly provided before we arrived. Thanks so much! Would stay here again, definitely recommend.

Perfect house for a single family looking to enjoy Rehobeth Beach. The house was spacious, clean, and had all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The host communicates well and is very accommodating. We would absolutely stay again!

My family and I had a great stay. just like the photos and had more then enough space for 3 adults and 2 tiny children. Loved the location to the boardwalk and restaurants.
