Absolutely no parties or events. Due to past noise complaints by the neighbors, quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. The home is equipped with a noise monitoring system which sends notifications to my cellphone if the noise level reaches a certain level. 1st noise notification- you will be notified and will receive a warning 2nd noise notification- will be subject to a $50 fine 3rd noise notification- will be subjected to immediate eviction Any noise complaints from neighbors will be subject to immediate eviction. This will be strictly enforced. No smoking inside of unit. $75 fee for smoking inside No more than 10 guests any additional guests tenant will be charged $35 per person.
