Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the spacious back deck or entertaining at sunset, the waterfront setting makes for a memorable stay. Inside, the home features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats 3, plus a dining table that expands to seat up to 8. The open family room includes a TV with Roku and DVD player for cozy evenings in. Primary bedroom also features Roku-enabled TV—please remember to sign out of any personal streaming accounts before checkout. A washer and dryer are conveniently located off the dining area. Just steps from the front door, the community pool offers a refreshing option for the whole family. There is also a gas grill and ample parking available. You're less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk tram, and right behind the house is the waterpark and children’s amusement park—plus plenty of restaurants and the popular Salty Dog Pub. Access Details: The home is equipped with a smart lock. You’ll receive your unique entry code prior to check-in for a smooth and secure arrival. House Rules: No smoking inside the property No parties or events—this is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood Registered guests only—no unregistered overnight visitors Quiet hours begin at 10 PM Please remove shoes indoors to help maintain flooring All trash must be placed in the outside bins before checkout Dishwasher must be run and emptied Return the pool key fob to the hook over the dryer ($100 fee if lost) Lock the sliding back door when you leave No pets allowed (local pet care facilities are nearby) We do not rent to high school graduates or student groups Sign out of all personal streaming services on the Roku TVs before departure Community & Parking Reminders (Gull Way Association): Park only under the carport or around the swimming pool—do not park in front of the house (vehicles may be towed) Renters may not invite outside guests to the pool No glass, floats, or wheeled items in the pool area Children under 15 must be supervised No loud music, abusive language, or smoking in the pool area Please respect community quiet hours and keep noise to a minimum No cooking on balconies or decks We’re excited to host you and hope you enjoy everything this bayside escape has to offer! Parking Information: There are designated guest parking spots—at least two of them—clearly marked as “guest” or “visitor.” You’re also welcome to use our one assigned spot by the pool or the carport. Important: Every unit in the community has one assigned spot around the pool. These are not guest spots. If guests park in other people’s assigned spots, it creates problems for residents. On busy weekends like the 4th of July, the guest spots may be full. In that case, please use the public street outside the HOA community for additional parking. Do not park in any space that is not clearly marked for guests.
