We were very happy with out stay here… Josh allowing our pups here made for a perfect beach trip for us. The large yard and roomy home were just perfect for our needs. We hope to come back again!

Josh and his home were lovely. We had a wonderful stay. We were close to everything we needed during our stay. Josh is extremely responsive and wonderful to work with. If we need a spot in the area again I will absolutely reach out. The home was excellent size and in great shape, extremely clean.

We were a group of 10 family member reason why the noise was a little loud (we were talking, laughing and had the tv on) but Josh nicely ask to low the noise so we went to sleep early. Josh was very flexible about my check in time as well of the check out. Responsive. Everything looks nice. I love the place. Rehoboth was 15 minutes drive.

Great place to stay for a few days with our family. Ample space for a family of 4 and our parents. The kids loved the bunk beds with the tv in the room. The pool table was a lot of fun for the whole family to enjoy. The pool was just a short walk from the condo. Josh was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Josh was extremely accommodating when we had to book last minute and needed a late check out. His place was comfortable for 7 people - 4 adults, 3 kids. Pool and close to the beach - amazing! Highly recommend!

Visited with another family for a baseball tournament that was hosted at Sports at the Beach. The home was conveniently located (11 minute drive) to the fields and easily accommodated 3 adults and 3 kids.

My family and I had a great time at Joshua's place. Great location, easy to get to the beach and not in the craziness of down town. We utilized the Lewes Terminal Center multiple times, as it's less than a 10 min drive and rode the bus into the city. Would definitely recommend!

Great home! Comfortable and welcoming gathering spaces for our family time. Very clean and well-tended condominium, close to lots of fun things to do. Had everything we needed for our beach getaway. We hope to return again. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time at Josh’s place. It was very spacious and extremely clean! It was very close to different restaurants and the Tanger Outlets! Josh was a great host and very responsive. Highly recommend and we’ve already talked about staying there again in the future.
